Refund policy

At Tell Me Your Story Books, each order is carefully processed and fulfilled through our distribution partner. Because of this, we are unable to accept general returns.

Returns

We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect ordering, or buyer’s remorse.

Refunds & Replacements

We will gladly provide a replacement or refund under the following circumstances:

  • Your item arrives damaged
  • You receive the wrong item
  • Your order is lost in transit

To request a refund or replacement, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos (if the item is damaged)

Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they are processed and shipped. Once an order has been fulfilled, it cannot be canceled.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our fulfillment process, we do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used items
  • Items ordered in error
  • Gift purchases
