Return and Refund Policy

Returns

At Tell Me Your Story Books, each order is carefully processed and fulfilled through our distribution partner. Because of this, items cannot be returned once they have been shipped.

This applies to all orders, including:

  • Unopened items
  • Incorrect orders
  • Change-of-mind purchases
  • Gift purchases

Refunds & Replacements

We do not offer refunds for items that are delivered in good condition.

We will gladly provide a replacement or refund only under the following circumstances:

  • Your item arrives damaged
  • You receive the wrong item
  • Your order is lost in transit

To request a refund or replacement, please contact us at support@tellmeyourstorybooks.com within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos (if the item is damaged)

Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they are processed for shipment. Once an order has been processed for shipment or has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
